About this Programme

SAMATVA offers a unique opportunity to Support management and educators in designing and implementing Integral Education, a new system of education aligning with National and State Education Policies, new pedagogical practices—creating vibrant spaces for joyful learning and conscious growth fostering creativity and innovation.

Education is a sacred journey of self-discovery. In the formative years of life, the presence of a guiding hand can quietly influence thoughts, values, and direction. A school mentoring programme creates a nurturing space where curiosity is respected, reflection is encouraged, and inner potential is gently awakened. Through meaningful dialogue, mindful guidance, and shared wisdom, mentoring helps students grow with confidence, clarity, and a sense of purpose rooted in values.

Programme Highlights:

  • Collaborative planning and curriculum enhancement sessions between SAMATVA facilitators and school leadership focused on the integral development of an individual, encompassing physical, vital, mental, and spiritual aspects. Handholding period of ONE academic year on agreed terms and conditions.
  • Supports school teachers, including classroom observations, feedback, reflective practice and workshops.
  • Guidance and training for school staff on adopting child-centred, experiential, and self-explorative pedagogies.
  • Periodic review and feedback meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
  • Provision for student and teacher well-being initiatives, drawing on integral education’s focus on emotional, ethical, and spiritual dimensions.
  • Two teachers are eligible to attend the SAMATVA integrated course as part of this programme.
